Convicted serial rapist and murderer Thabo Bester is set to challenge his arrest last year, in Tanzania.
Bester's new lawyer, Adv Lerato Moela, told the Free State High Court that they will submit an application to challenge the court's jurisdiction on the matter and seek a fair trial.
The case against Bester and his co-accused has been postponed to next Wednesday.
