✨ How I healed a recent cystic breakout without my new HG combo: high frequency laser & acne patches!

For high frequency, I have been mainly using it for large, painful breakouts that are just forming. HF works best on these types of breakouts, so don’t use it on breakouts that aren’t painful or have started to heal.

Once the breakout comes to a head, I use my favorite #PeaceOutSkincare Acne Patch to help extract the gunk out. These patches are my favorite because the hydrocolloid material is thicker than others and formulated with both Salicylic Acid and Retinol to further exfoliate and loosen up any debris.
