Almost a year ago I bought this conversion, and never had a chance to take it out. I finally made the time, but then Mother Nature decided to get in the way! I still managed to squeeze off a few rounds and verify basic functionality.
The LC380 is as close to a 'mouse' gun as I'll go - it's light, easy to carry, but 380ACP is borderline as a self-defense round, and technically not inexpensive enough to qualify as a 'plinking' round. With the 9mm Luger conversion kit, you can put some decent firepower in your hands, while retaining the ability to use 380 ammunition for training, smaller stature shooters, or even for dispatching certain varmints and pests.
All gear reviewed in my videos is bought and paid for by me - none of it is given to me by manufacturers, and regardless of 'guidelines', if it was donated, I would disclose that. I do this for fun and enjoyment, not to be a corporate shill.
Always use and handle firearms in a safe and responsible manner. That doesn't mean you can't have fun with them, it means you can't be stupid with them. Too many bureaucrats and semi-elected officials would love to take your firearms away - don't give them the excuses they need. Be a positive example for your friends, family, peers, and especially for new shooters and children.
Take a kid shooting, introduce someone to the sport, and work tirelessly to defend your rights. After all, it's written in parchment, unlike some other 'rights'.
