What if Carl Fredricksen Died and Ellie Survived? Well my Toy Story Multiverse theory did amazingly well, so how's about we do an AU video on another Disney Pixar movie I adore! YUP! IT'S UP! Yeah, not really related to anything going on at the moment, I just really love this piece of animation ok? X) It's a cute, touching and heartwarming piece of storytelling. And it's both one of the weirdest yet also most down to earth Disney movies out there. But what kind of alternate universe am I tackling with this movie? Well, considering Ellie Fredricksen's death basically kickstarted Carl's entire conflict and arc, I'd really like to know what would happen if the deaths were reversed. If Carl died instead of Ellie, how would she handle the situation? Would she be a depressed sad sack like her husband or would she go out and have a new adventure like her mantra stated? What would become of characters like Russel and Dug and Kevin and Charles Muntz? Would things in general be looking Up or Down for our heroine? Well join my on my journey into this alternate reality as we explore the depths of the Animation Multiverse!
