Ingredients:
Oil as needed
5 pcs garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 pcs shallots (finely diced)
6-10 pcs prawn
500g flat rice noodles
300-500g Blood cockles (open its shell)
1 bunch bean sprout (rinsed with cold water & drained)
2-4 Nos eggs
1-2 pcs Fish cake (sliced)
5-6 pcs fish ball (half sliced).
1 bunch Chinese chives (cut 2 inch lengths).
2-3 tbsp. chili paste.
For the mixture sauces (2 tbsp. per serving)
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 dashes ground white pepper
