Ingredients (Makes 1):
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
3-4 slices fresh ginger
2 allspice berries
½ cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
Stevia to sweeten
¼ tsp nutmeg, to garnish
Instructions:
In a small pan, bring the coconut milk, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and allspice to a simmer.
Cover, and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.
Brew coffee or espresso and pour into cup of your choice.
Carefully pour milk mixture through a strainer into the coffee.
Sweeten to your taste with stevia, and serve topped with nutmeg.
