I would love to see Guruji recite this mantra before our yogic studies. .
I got an amazing surprise while filming this, the loons on the lake started chanting too! Can you hear them?
If you listen closely you will hear their beautiful voices, one of my favourite sounds in the world... a sound that feels like home.
