Chinese health officials have warned that the new Wuhan coronavirus could still mutate and spread. At a briefing by the National Health Commission in Beijing on Jan 22, officials revealed there are now over 400 cases in China, with the death toll climbing to nine. Meanwhile, Macau confirmed its first case on Jan 22 as Thailand reported its third and fourth patients. Countries across Asia have tightened screening measures to contain the outbreak as the Chinese New Year travel rush peaks.
