Long Beach ADU Garage Conversion

We walk you through one of our most recent ADU garage conversion projects in Long Beach, CA. This client build this ADU out of their existing 360 sq ft detached 2 car garage. This ADU garage conversion is a studio unit with its own separate yard area and entrance.

The owners live in the front house and rent this ADU unit for $1,750 a month which produces great income for the homeowner. As you can see there is space for a stackable washer and dryer as well as has its own mini split HVAC that vents throughout the unit.
