(use whatever weapon you like, so long as it can do decent DPS during each cone) Alot of people found the plunderblade farm really handy, but I know some people were having really bad RNG with Evil Eyes, so I worked hard to come up with and test a consistent way to farm them with 100% drop rates. This meant trying to find a way to consistently get two horn breaks, that even struggling players could use.
Obviously this was quite a difficult task, but we eventually figured out a trick to get fatalis to use the cone move with relative frequency, which eventually lead to this video. You don't need to be good at the fight - staying at mid range puts you out of range for alot of the hard to dodge moves, and the rest you can just run away from
I showed off a run with really bad cone RNG here, as it helps you understand 1) how to dodge and play this run and 2) that it works even if you don't get lucky. Despite the awful RNG, we finished the run in around 11 minutes. Part of that was from good roaming ballista usage, but a binder and not carting would make up for that anyway, and obviously better cone RNG makes it a shoe in
So here you go. My 100% guaranteed and easy method to farm evil eyes. Between this and the plunderblade video, you should be able to farm all the parts you need. Make the fatalis set before even beating the special assignment, then take it out and best the event quest with ease. Let me know if you have any questions!
(also ZSD spam is probably just as easy as this, but idk anything about saxe so this is good for those players like me. plus i heard zsd takes more like 15 mins for the second horn break, but idk how true that is)

Spreadsheet info:
I have a spreadsheet which collects all sorts of data on Monster Hunter World Iceborne that people ask about a lot - things like the materials needed to upgrade the best charms (e.g. handicraft, expert etc), a list of all the guiding land monster drops and gathering nodes (plus it's searchable), what materials you need for every possible augment (attack, affinity, defence, health, slot, element/status) in the game, etc:
[ Ссылка ]
It also includes things like a list of ALL the 4 slot decorations (including even the rare 12 ones which ONLY drop from sealed feystones) so you know the best deco's to aim for when farming. It even has detailed images for the guiding land gathering nodes (the one's that drop materials like the guiding dragonbones/crystals etc) which you need for custom weapon upgrades/augments!
My list of guiding land drops can be sorted either by drop type (so it finds the monster to fight for a particular part) or you can use it to just find the parts belonging to any monster (no more pulling your hair out over how to get those Enchanting Finehide/Trancehide for your health augments!). This goes up to and includes the tempered elders (speaking of which, check out my 5 slot tempered investigation farming macro if you haven't already!)
It also has a Safi'Jiiva relic checklist to easily monitor which awakened weapons you're missing from the new siege!
Feel free to point people to this doc if you think they would find the information useful :D
