Heres another DIY video - How to put & Remove PADDOCK STAND from your bike, Its super simple and you should be easily able to do it. all you need to do is following things

To Put on PADDOCK STAND:

1. Keep your bike on a Plain surface area
2. Place the PADDOCK STAND near the rear tire
3. Place your bike's handle is straight position
4. Put your left knee close to the bike and grab the bike from the best possible position from the rear, make sure you have a firm grip.
5. Drag the PADDOCK STAND and roll it over close to spools and ensure both the side are locked on the spools
6. With Knees support, Bike's Handel straight, paddock locked on the spools and a firm grip gently push the stand downwards (take it down as slowly as possible)

Once the bike is on the stand slowly release your grip and raise the side stand.

To Remove from PADDOCK STAND:

Lower the side stand down

1. Place your knee to the midsection of the bike for support
2. Firmly get a grip on the rear side of the bike
3. Hold the paddock stand and Slowly pull upwards
4. Once the rear Tier touches the ground - tilt the bike a little bit towards the side stand and slowly roll out the Paddock Stand.

Pro tip:
If you are doing it for the first time I suggest that you may have someone to assist you while you are putting or removing it on the paddock stand, a couple of attempts with support & then try on your own - I am sure you will be good to go.
