Home ownership is a privilege that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy but unfortunately, that can be a challenge for many in our community, especially those who so selflessly give to others on a daily basis.In appreciation of the tremendous daily sacrifice made to safeguard our country on an individual and global basis, New England Title and Escrow Services is pleased to offer our First Responder Discount Program. It is our strong belief that those who sacrifice for the wellbeing of our community and country should be rewarded for their selflessness. In an effort to make homeownership more affordable for first responders and military personnel, we are offering a substantial discount on our attorney fees. Standard attorney fees for real estate closings can run as high as $800. As a thank you to both volunteer and paid first responders, active military and veterans, New England Title and Escrow Services will provide real estate closing services at a flat fee of $250.
