Part 2 of my current upper body training. Today's workout showcases my other primary upper body session, consisting of weighted push-ups, feet up incline bench presses, inverted rows, lying triceps extensions for high reps, and some targeted upper back work. The main goals here are general strength and hypertrophy. That is pretty much it. Over the next few weeks/months I will titrate the weight up and taper the reps down on the push-up until I get to the 4-6 rep range and then I will rotate it back to an ancillary role in the program and focus on something else instead.
