Yup, it's Richter. Words can no longer get us anywhere, so we are forced to settle this in one final battle. All the pacts with demons have made Richter look pretty badass when he is in his ultimate form.

The actual battle was not difficult at all. Part because Richter is easy to stun and combo lock and part because Fenia deals ridiculous damage with her spells. Richter didn't get a chance to use his MA in this battle, so I tacked the footage of his MA on at the end. It's the same as his normal MA except with a new name and a much more majestic cut-in.
