Canada is celebrating 150 years since the British North America Acts united the country as we know it today. But although Canada is internationally renowned for its multicultural model, the country’s indigenous community has a very different take on Canada's history. Today, the country’s 1.4 million aboriginal population is also more subject to poverty and violence. And as Canada becomes more and more diverse, some parts of the country are seeing a rise in hate groups. Our correspondents report.
