Charles recalls how he secured a job with WCW, and shares some of his fondest memories with WCW, including reffing Goldberg's first title win at the Georgia Dome and matches between Flair and Hogan. Plus, Charles talks about his relationship with Flair, and how it blossomed as time went on in WCW. He also talks about the WWE buyout of WCW, coming into the WWE as an outsider, and so much more!
