Roasted Mackerel Curry With Coconut Milk
Ingredients required for Curry Paste
1 small onion (roughly chopped)
1/2 cup fresh coconut
4-5 dried Kashmiri chillies
1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
4 peppercorns
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Tamarind (small lime size)
1 tsp Oil
1 cup water
Ingredients required for fish marination
5-6 mackerel pieces
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Other ingredients required
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1-2 green chillies (chopped)
Few Curry leaves
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 & 1/2 cup water
2” ginger piece (cut into fine julienne)
1/2 cup coconut milk
Salt to taste
2 tbsp coconut oil
