ICELANDIC EASTER - Chocolate Eggs with proverbs (translated & explained) are a tradition in Iceland. Four hollow chocolate Easter eggs are cracked open to reveal the paper Icelandic sayings/proverbs inside. They are then translated and explained. (I am not very good at Icelandic, but asked for some local help.) Eggs are available at Bonus supermarket for less than $4 US.
