VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
I’ll admit it, this episode is a little light on photography talk. But hey it’s heavy on celebration, fun facts, and my wife. Yep, two new things I’m trying out in this video: scrolling some random facts across the bottom of the frame and actually showing you my wife.
Yessir I’m lookin’ to evolve this channel of mine. Broaden my horizons and try some new things now and then. This is the start of that. Well, actually the “Springtime With the Twin-Lens” video was the start. I mean come on…a photo walk on MY channel? At least I used some super hip 100-year-old music instead of those old, dusty lofi hip-hop beats.
I really have no clue if you folks are going to like this video. Or the videos I have planned for the near future. Trying new things is scary. It used to keep me awake at night as a young lad. I’d scream out for my mom “the new video I posted is getting panned by my viewers! The comments are dreadful!”. Then she’d hustle in, give me a hug and tell me it was just a nightmare. “But the thumbs-up to thumbs-down ratio in my analytics felt so real” I’d reply. Then she’d say, “Shh, it’s okay. Everyone’s disapproval can’t hurt you anymore. You’re awake now.”
Man, these descriptions are getting a little out of hand. Even by my standards. Hats off to anyone who actually reads these things.
