2 tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
2 cardamom
1 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
2 red chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp fennelseeds
some curryleaf
1/2 cup fine chopped onion
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 and 1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp coriandar powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp curd
4 cleaned quails
1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaf
some fresh coriandar leaf
