This is Revision 3 of this slide show I keep adding photos.
During World War Two a group of U.S. Citizens of Japanese descent "escaped" to a remote location in the mountains above Lucerne Valley, California to avoid being placed into an internment camp by the U.S. government. They lived in this camp for several years supported by local area friends that furnished them with some essential supplies. The camp remains today in a remote secret location in a condition preserved only by benign neglect. This slide show is to replace my earlier version posted on U-Tube.
