Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce. Many of you have asked me for a clone recipe of this sauce, this is what I've come up with. It's very similar but I think my version is better.
Ingredients:
1 c cider vinegar
1 c ketchup
1/2 c pure cane syrup
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp ground mace
