The train station has a remarkable design that looks like flying UFO. Rotterdam Blaak is also famous among tourist for its architecture, the 45 degrees tilted cube house designed by architect Piet Blom and built in 1984.
Not to forget the market hall, a grey nature stone building with an archwise structure like horse shoe, the building has a transparant glass on both sides.
