How is Saint Germain made? St-Germain is made from fresh elderflowers that are hand picked in the French-Alps. St. Germain tastes subtly sweet and has notes of pear and honeysuckle. What can St-Germain go with? Saint Germain can compliment gin, vodka, tequila, champagne and more. It enhances and balances any cocktail. St. Germain has no artificial colors or flavors, just real floral flavor!
