Cricket News: India beat Bangladesh by 41 runs in the final to clinch the inaugural Women’s U-19 Asia Cup at the Bayuemas Oval in Kuala Lumpur. Gongadi Trisha, one of the main reason for India’s triumph in the Women’s T20 World Cup last year in South Africa, scored a half-century to ensure India created history in the tournament. Opening the innings for India, Trisha scored 52 runs off 47 balls, including five fours and two sixes. On the Indian side, Aayushi Shukla excelled with the ball, taking 3 wickets for 17 runs, complemented by Sonam Yadav (2/13), Parunika Sisodia (2/12), and VJ Joshitha (1/11). This continues India's domination in the U19 women's set-up.
