Two applications are shown in this video. The first uses a Kawasaki F series robot on a 7th axis rail to weld large snow removal augers. Touch sensing and seam tracking are utilized. The second application features a Kawasaki ZX300 robot manipulating large enclosures in front of a Kawasaki arc welding robot. Vision is used to locate the enclosure and offset the program path.
