Eating Mangoes can become an addiction esp if they are made into a chutney. Chunda is a Gujarati mango pickle. The classic mango chunda is classified as a pickle and not a chutney as grated raw mangoes are not cooked but kept in the sun to mature.
Over the years we have started to cook raw mangoes for instant gratification so here is my Instant Mango chutney or call Instant Gujarati Chunda.

Salt – to taste
Black Salt – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – ½tsp
Roasted Cumin – 2tsp
