How to perform:
1. Stand with your feet together and focus on a target, turn your head to face the target. Then focus your eyes on the other target and turn your head to the second target. Repeat.
2. Stand with your feet together on a pillow and focus on a target, turn your head to face the target. Then focus your eyes on the other target and turn your head to the second target. Repeat.

*Alternative: nod your head up and down
*Alternative: stand with your feet heel to toe
*Alternative: stand on one foot
