So, when I initially shot this I thought it was another spotted moray. I got the video onto a bigger monitor and, nope, it's a Chain Moray. At the top of the reef near the rope/cable at the "Alice in Wonderland" dive site, Westpunt, Curacao. I shot some stills of a Chain Moray in basically the same place last year so this may be the same critter.
