From the Multi Crew Experience UI, open the Vox Script Input editor. Then choose from a list of commands, click and add them to you own Vox Script!

Noteworthy is the ability of FO to know switch states and either not allow a silly command (gear up on ground) or require confirmation of flight critical commands!
