Ingredients:
- 6 large tomatoes
- 3 shallots
- 300g minced beef
- 30g parmesan cheese
- 35g breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 dried parsley
- 1 egg
- olive oil

♨ Bake at 180℃ for 25 minutes ( first bake) then 15 minutes (second bake)
