Nepalese love mutton however it is made. Be it be mutton fry, mutton gravy, mutton with soup. Here in this video we have used pressure cooker to fry the mutton curry preserving the aroma of the spices and the moisture of the meat not letting it too dry. Popular Nepalese festival Dashain especially is incomplete without this recipe. Nepalese cooking style recommends using various natural spices to add on flavor to the meat and a well cooked dish.
