About The House
The main house is 4 bedrooms with accommodations for six people. There is a studio-style bungalow, a staff house and a bodega on the property. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The house(s) are being sold fully furnished including all kitchen appliances. There is a washing machine and dryer included in the sale along with TV’s microwaves, refrigerators and stoves. This is a turn-key opportunity. Island Time comes with a strong rental history and a good reputation.

Simeulue holds around 100 km long of reef and coral surroundings, so there are plenty of unique and consistent waves to be discovered. From Dylan’s Right perfect, mechanical right-hander breaking on a live coral reef to The Peak, which can handle 8 feet plus and features nice wall sections, hollow barrels and fun air sections at the end – there’s a wave for every surfer. Whilst many waves are better suited for intermediate to experienced surfers, beginners can also learn on smaller swells located within a short distance.

About The Waves
Simeulue Island rhymes with uncrowded and perfect reef breaks. You will find here many options, whether you like fast, heavy and sucky barrels or long, super fun and playful walls. This island provides consistent waves all year long as it is open to a huge swell window. In short, bring plenty of sunscreen and your best boards and come join us for a wave-hunt. The waves known in the area are Alus Right, Ali Baba, One Thong, Pasir Tinggi, Thailands, and Dylans; head a bit further away to get to the peak. Boat Trip waves are best for Teabags. Island Time is in a central location where the waves are. There are numerous other undiscovered surf breaks in the area.
