thanks to AKC's suggestion of reloading the game and memory card, i could get to load the cup. it wasn't working the other day but it worked today and i didn't let the chance pass.

now that i finished all cups with Dragon Bird, i can give an overall impression. this ship feels pretty fast and stable. reminds me a lot of how it feels in the GBA games. it's a little less stiff than the GBA version so that's a plus here.
