Also, as instructed, use the kasuri methi in the process to maintain the smooth consistency in the gravy. 250g Paneer
4 Cloves
2 Cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon
1 Bay Leaf
10 no.s Cashew Nut
3 Kashmiri / Byadgi Red Chillies
½ tsp Khus Khus
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 cup chopped Onion
3 cups chopped Tomato
1 inch chopped Ginger
5 Garlic Cloves
1.5 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
4 tbsp Butter
1 cup water
