The fresh ripe juicy tomatoes help to form the base consistency for the thickness with its tanginess which transforms to mild sweet balanced flavour when combined with the khus khus and cashew nuts. Also, as instructed, use the kasuri methi in the process to maintain the smooth consistency in the gravy. Ingredients:
250g Paneer
4 Cloves
2 Cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon
1 Bay Leaf
10 no.s Cashew Nut
3 Kashmiri / Byadgi Red Chillies
½ tsp Khus Khus
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 cup chopped Onion
3 cups chopped Tomato
1 inch chopped Ginger
5 Garlic Cloves
1.5 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
4 tbsp Butter
1 cup water
