sumptuous & quick fried rice recipe with the robust garlic & butter. Bahar toh jaana nahi hai,
isliye bahar ka khana apne kitchen mein hi banaiye aur lutf uthaaiye!
BUTTER GARLIC VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
3 tbsps butter
7-8 green garlic cloves
2 tbsps chopped French beans
2 tbsps grated cabbage
2 tbsps grated cauliflower
2 tbsps grated carrot
½ cup chopped onions
Salt to taste
2 tbsps garlic paste
8-10 green garlic stalks
Method
1. Finely chop green garlic cloves.
2. Heat butter in a non-stick wok, add garlic and onions and saute.
3. Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well.
4. Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ¼ cup water, add garlic paste and mix well.
5. Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
