This is a demonstration on how to use a self massage device called the Armaid for tennis elbow and tight forearm muscles, elbow pain, golfer's elbow. We recommend the Armaid use for patients who participate in sports that require a lot of grip strength which can cause chronic tightening of the forearm muscles; rock climbers, power lifters, Crossfit, obstacle course events, body building, and jiu jitsu to name a few. Use the Armaid for tennis elbow on a daily basis to get out of pain and maintain normal muscle tone.
Start with the Armaid at the mid section of the forearm extensor muscles. Apply moderate pressure with the other hand so the Armaid clamps down into the forearm. Now, move the arm you are treating for tennis elbow or golfer's elbow, back and forth. Focus the treatment to areas where you feel the most tension/discomfort in the muscles. By addressing the muscle tension, it will help take pressure of the epicondyle. With repeat treatment, the arm aid will help alleviate your tennis elbow symptoms.
