1. Shrink the logical volume new_ext4 to 120MB
2. Increase up to 250MB the logical volume new_xfs
umount /home/
resize2fs /dev/mapper/vg_cloud-LogVol00 10G
lvreduce -L 10G /dev/mapper/vg_cloud-LogVol00
e2fsck -f /dev/mapper/vg_cloud-LogVol00
mount /home/
