Hello People, unfortunately, I lost the into/outro footage as my memory card corrupted itself but I managed to get the rest off the card. Anyway, This week's Wainwright walks was a fun and also stupid one, We tackled A Swindale Round in the Lake District England. It started off with good intentions and the weather was meant to be good all day, the snow didn't stop the whole time we were walking and the route we took was dangerous in parts, I didn't film a lot of the descent back to the car as I was just in the mindset of getting back down safely before the dark set in. funny to look back on but it's also a reminder that I for one need to be more careful trying to bag Wainwrights in winter on routes that walk across non-existent paths. it doesn't look that bad on the video but it's can imagine less experienced and less fit people getting into trouble in those conditions, at stages we kept falling down holes full of water and you could easily injure yourself.
