*Ingredients:*
- Chicken 500g
- Ginger and Garlic 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
- Chili powder 1/2 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2 Tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tbsp
- Salt
- Half Lemon Juice
- Choped Onion 250g
- Minced Coriander
- Mustard oil
- Bay leaf
- Star anise
- Cinnamon
- Cardamon
- Black Cardamon
- Javitri Masala
- Clove
- Garam Masala
*Cooking Instructions:*
- In a large bowl, combine the #chicken, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, mustard oil, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, Choped Onion, Add all the raw spices as described in the list and salt. Mix well to ensure that the chicken is well coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet, and stir to coat the chicken in the onion mixture. Cook for a few minutes until the chicken is well cooked.
