It was a cold frosty morning.....all about the house was quiet, apart from the woeful necessity to buy a birthday present for my Mother-in-Law....she has had a lot of birthdays. So, it was off to Hawes to a favourite clothing shop (not one of those for plus size folk).... and a nice drive through the Dales. We live on the edge between both the Yorkshire Dales and Teesdale.....stuck in the cleavage of these two areas of outstanding natural beauty....I can think of worse ways to go!
You may notice there is little traffic about....I didn't edit it out, there simply wasn't any hardly...maybe twenty vehicles over a twenty six mile journey...admittedly there are no towns etc....but it was 9.30 on a February Friday morning. Worth remembering if you are looking for peace and quiet from a winter break. I can strongly recommend the CB Inn...Near Langthwaite (Arkengarthdale)......I assume they bare back open now.
Besat wishes.....and i'll be editing up some garden stuff and a fair bit from Amanda next week....while its wet.
I think Amanda leaves for America in a week or two so i'm putting out a larger load than usual......hopefully she will film some stuff over there as well.....She's had a tattoo done. I will leave that to anyones vivid imagination but I do have the end result on film.
