NordVPN VS Surfshark Review. See which one offers the best security, speed, and price, so you can make the right decision for your online security.

How's it going everybody? Welcome back. And today we're comparing two of the most popular VPN services out there, Nord VPN and surf shark, I wanted to find out which is the best so I ran multiple speed tests and examined all the features to help you guys figure out which one could be the best choice for you or your situation. Now, Nord VPN and surf shark both offer easy to use applications with built in leak protection, split tunneling and a kill switch. Nord VPN has a map that makes it easy to select a server location while surf shark has a large list of locations. And surf shark has a definite advantage on the Linux platform where they've created a user friendly application while Nord VPN still uses a command line interface. And surf shark has a unique feature on their Android application that allows you to override your GPS location with the GPS coordinates of the VPN server you're connected to. Now both of these VPNs do offer support for devices that don't have native VPN support using a form of Smart DNS. Nord VPN also has threat protection, which is not just an ad blocker. On the other hand, surf shark has many features that are similar to Nord VPN, including multi hop servers, otherwise known as double VPN servers, static IP servers, and you do have the obfuscation option called no borders mode in order to conceal your VPN traffic and clean web which blocks ads trackers and malware. Now surf shark also has a useful privacy feature called rotating IP, which automatically rotates your IP address every five to 10 minutes, making it much more difficult to associate website activities with a single visitor. Okay, next up, we're gonna compare the security aspects of Nord VPN surfshark. Starting with Nord VPN, they do use the AES 256 bit encryption with open VPN and I kept two protocols if you're on Mac, and of course Nord links on Mac, Windows, Android and iOS. And in terms of protecting your data, Nord VPN does have a kill switch to protect you from unexpected leaks and split tunneling which will allow you to choose which applications are routed through the VPN tunnel and which are left outside the tunnel plus Nord VPN operates its servers on RAM drives instead of hard drives making it pretty much impossible to store logs, and they own their own servers through colocated servers. So if you're traveling or looking to switch regions, in order to watch your favorite shows from back home, you'll be able to do that with either of these VPNs. So if you're looking for a VPN that can stream any media you're interested in these VPNs are definitely great choices. If you're looking for advanced security features like GPS spoofing, IP rotation and dynamic multi hop servers, then surf shark definitely has the upper hand here.
