'Cartooning with Sam' aims at enhancing Art Education by becoming a resource for community members and educators to use. The channel hopes to have a positive social and cultural outcome for local and global communities is that they would have my services as a professional educator creating episodic tutorials addressing the needs of students to excel in visual arts in accordance with the syllabus, more broadly this resource would be open to everyone to use.
