In this video you can drive along on Autoroute Blanche A40 E21 & E62 from Nantua to Bourg en Bresse in the East of France. The A40 is widely regarded as one of the most scenic motorways in France, running through the Alps from the area of Chamonix to Mâcon at the foothills of the Alps.
One of the especially scenic segments of A40 (and also one of the most expensive ones to build) is featured in this video, near Nantua. The views of Lac Nantua (hard to see in the video) are amazing, the lake really stands out with a turquoise color.
In a previous video I featured the segment from Annemasse near Geneva to Nantua. Unfortunately I had to delete that video due to some concerns regarding copyright of music. I will re-upload this video at a later time.
