Welcome to the first Cape Cod Open Sculpture Invitational (CCOSI). Come see this large-scale open juried exhibition devoted strictly to outdoor sculpture. CCOSI is the result of an exciting partnership between CCMoA and the New England Sculptors Association (NESA).
Take a stroll outside on the Museum grounds to discover all twenty-five juror-selected, large-scale sculptures installed across the twenty-two acre Cape Cod Center for the Arts (CCCArts) campus. The campus is also home to the Cape Cinema, Cape Playhouse and Encore Restaurant. The open nature of this campus offers opportunities to see each sculpture up close and also from a distance.
Submissions to the CCOSI call for art came from all over New England. Of the 17 invited sculptors, 5 are from Cape Cod and the rest from Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, Vermont and Massachusetts.
The CCOSI exhibition is free and open to the public. The goal is to promote a greater diversity of artwork and artists right here on Cape Cod. Guide maps are available on site and there is ample parking for all visitors.
