instead of blocking the lisbon treaty it is better to use its potential for more effective citizens actions. this video is a response to patricia mckenna´s video message on the youtube channel of the irish forum on europe. the day the video was uploaded nicolas sarkozy as president of the european council visited dublin. the message of the video refers to sarkozy´s position to nuclear power as lacking any sense of responsibility and proposes a european initiative as provided by the lisbon treaty to fight the nuclear power lobby.
