Alex discusses the Air Conditioning Unit (Heat Exchange Unit) which we install in the Garden Studios. They can heat, cool, clean the air, and control the moisture in the room. Although expensive initially, they are very efficient and cheap to run. They also take up no floor space in the Studio. The exterior unit is quite unsightly, so ideally you want to avoid pointing this at your neighbour.
