This is the next step towards making my automatic LED stair lights. In this iteration, I have eliminated the need for the Arduino by using a ATTiny44 chip to control the Max7219 driver. I also made up a 5v power supply, so I can power this from a 9v battery or a plug in adapter. Next step is going to putting it all onto a PCB, and getting the LED's mounted on my stairs.
