National council members of Gabriela Women's Partylist dances the new One Billion Rising Rising Revolution song in Quezon City Memorial Circle. Gabriela Reps. Luzviminda Ilagan and Emmi de Jesus, as well as theater artist and activist Monique Wilson, join the dance. OBR Revolution is the third year of the global campaign to end all forms of violence against women and children. Highlights of the campaign include the global dance-protest actions in different countries on February 14, as well as the commemoration and protests during the International Women's Day on March 8.
