Surti Aloo Puri Ki Secret Recipe | Surat's Famous Street Food Aloo Puri | Gujarati Recipe | Street Food |

Ingredients :

Aloo matar sabji preparation for Aloo puri :

White peas - 1 cup
Chopped raw potatoes - 3 medium sized
Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Oil - 2 spoons
Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
Cumin - 1 spoon
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 spoon
Chopped green chillies - 2 medium spicy
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala - 1/4 spoon
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Add salt according to taste

Puri preparation for aloo puri :

All purpose flour - 2 & 1/2 cup (250gm)
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Oil - 1 & 1/2 spoon (total)

Oil for frying

Green chutney preparation for aloo puri :

Coriander leaves - 2 cups
Green chillies - 2 medium spicy
Ginger - 2 pieces
Roasted chana daal - 1 spoon
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Lemon juice - 1 spoon

Kokam chutney preparation for aloo puri :

Kokam - 50gm
Salt - 1/2 spoon & according taste
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
Jaggery - 2 spoons

Aloo Puri serving preparation :

Garlic bhujiya / aloo bhujiya or namkeen - for serving (as per requirement)
Chopped onion & chopped coriander leaves - as per requirement
Chaat masala - as per requirement
